New Grains Gluten Free Bakery. I am so excited! There is a new gluten-free bakery in Provo, Utah called New Grains Gluten-Free Bakery. I just tried their multigrain bread; it was delicious. It had a hearty flavor and spongy texture. I could not tell that it was gluten-free. I especially liked toasting the bread and adding honey. Here are some pictures of my favorite uses for this bread.

Raising a toddler with Celiac Disease. Update on my celiac preschooler. My little girl is now 3! She has now graduated from speech and physical therapy and is doing incredibly well. She had her 3 year checkup with her pediatrician and we found out that she is now in the 75th percentile for weight and the 80th percentile for height! Way to grow, little girl! We have been gluten free for over two years now.

I just had to share that if you are in Toronto you HAVE to support a new gluten free dairy free bakery I found! It is on Pape Ave. My daughter had a mini peach pie and my son got a cookie and they were both soooo excited! And said they were both really yummy! We also bought a couple of Easter cupcakes for Sunday! They held up pretty nice! .
